Ok--for the charmoula I used a bunch of cilantro, juice of a lemon, maybe a quarter teaspoon of cumin, teaspoon of chili paste, a couple of cloves of garlic,and enough olive oil to make the cuisinart go 'round.
I made the Charmoula last night and it was/is fantastic! Thanks for the measurements - I would have been lost without the help. I had it with the orzo and eggplant/onions/tomatoes. Delicious...can't wait for the next adventure!
Wow - it IS a neat idea. Finally - a use for those crazy bundt pans . . .
